We have people at fountain house stockholm, who do not have

a psychiatric disorder, but they are drugabusers of different kinds.

They might make a work, if it would be possible for them to have

their small abuse, and have a job. What we should do, would be

to test, if people that we know have an abuse, test if they could 

do a work, and have their abuse.

This is controversial, but they might maybe make a job, if they

has to, and under controlled circumstances. Their abuse might

be so controlable that they could have a job. 

They end up at fountain house, and they do not make a job,§

if they could make a job, and could have it, under controlable, 

conditions, and make their job, with their abuse. If they could 

make their small abuse and have a job, their small abuse 

might be turned from against the law, to be ok, if they could 

make a job, with their abuse. Do you see my point? 

Their small abuse should only be against the law, if it was¨

so totaly uncontrollable so that it made it impossible to work

with their abuse.

I do not have an abuse, and I have never had one, at all, 

I would not make an abuse, most people do not make an

Abuse. It has to be forbidden to be at fountain house and

To have an active abuse, very expensive, and totally

Uncontrollable. That is ofcause not ok.

There has to be a limit put to conditions that severe so

That it is totally uncontrollable so that it devastating
